Reasonable variations of this nature do not constitute a product defect or non-conformity and do not give rise to a right of return beyond standard consumer statutory rights.

Product descriptions and specifications may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify product information, discontinue products, or change product availability at any time.

Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, except where a correction is required due to an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Product Safety, Allergens, and Labeling

All candle and scented products are labeled in accordance with applicable EU safety and labeling standards (including CLP regulations). Safety warnings, usage pictograms, and detailed allergen/ingredient information are displayed on the product packaging in multiple languages.

Customers must read and follow all safety symbols, warnings, and care instructions provided on the product packaging and in our online Candle Care & Safety Guide. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should carefully review the ingredient list on the packaging before use. Kandelia is not liable for allergic reactions, damage, or injury resulting from improper use, neglect of open flames, or failure to observe product warnings and care instructions

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products that may be purchased by a customer, household, or order.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order but before we have accepted it, we may contact you and offer an alternative solution or cancel the affected product from your order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected product or order, as required by applicable law.

Product Reservation and Shopping Cart

To help ensure fair product availability for all customers, products added to your shopping cart may be temporarily reserved for you for a limited period of 15 minutes.

The 15-minute reservation period begins when the product is successfully added to your shopping cart and the reservation is confirmed by our website.

During this reservation period, the reserved quantity may be temporarily unavailable for purchase by other customers.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available indefinitely. If the 15-minute reservation period expires before you complete your purchase, the reservation may be automatically released and the product may become available for other customers.

If the reservation expires, the product may be removed from your cart or become unavailable if another customer purchases or reserves the available stock before you complete your order.

To secure the reserved products, you must successfully complete the checkout and payment process within the applicable reservation period.

A product reservation does not constitute a completed purchase or guarantee that an order will be accepted. Your purchase is subject to the terms of these Terms & Conditions and the successful completion and acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the reservation system where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical issues, system maintenance, suspected abuse, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Prices

ll product prices are displayed on our website in EUR (€).

Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed at checkout are the prices payable for the products. Any applicable shipping or delivery costs will be displayed separately during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Kandelia reserves the right to change product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Kandelia reserves the right to correct the error and, where permitted by applicable law, cancel the affected order. If you have already paid for such an order, we will provide an appropriate refund.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding purchase contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the products are available for fulfilment, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The product is unavailable;
• There is an obvious error in the product description or price;

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Once an order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding delivery, damaged goods, and non-conforming goods remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
